How I Work

I love working in long-term relationships with my clients, supporting them fully in their online businesses. I also enjoy occasional short-term or one-off projects (like a Worpress build, Facebook fan page, or shopping cart setup). Each of these is structured differently, and I’m happy to talk with you about what services and programs best fit your specific needs.

In general, projects are quoted as a flat rate package. You’ll find some of our most common packages here.

For ongoing monthly support, I offer hourly bundles that you can use as you wish over a 60-day period. I’ll send you a weekly report listing the hours used for the week, and a month-to-date total so you’ll always know right where you are on your hours. The bundle price is paid in advance, and automatically renews when the hours are used up.

I offer 10, 15 and 20 hour bundles for ongoing monthly support.
